Shipping Policy for Bougie Candle Shop
1. Processing Time:
- Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days.
- During busy periods, such as holidays, processing time may be longer. Customers will be notified of any delays.
2. Shipping Methods:
- Shipments are provided Bpost and Postnl.
- Available shipping options and rates are displayed during checkout.
3. Shipping areas:
- We currently only ship within Europe.
4. Shipping Costs:
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the order and the shipping method selected.
5. Delivery time:
- Estimated delivery time varies depending on the shipping method chosen.
- Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has shipped.
6. Non-Home Deliveries:
- If the customer is not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification with instructions for picking up the package at the nearest pickup point.

- Customers can track their order with the tracking number provided through the carrier's website.

9. Lost or damaged items:
- Please contact us immediately if an order is lost or damaged in transit. We will do our best to resolve the problem. Be sure to provide us with a photo of the damaged product, the complete box (with any damage), and the packing material. Without these 3 photos, we unfortunately cannot file a claim with the shipping company.
