Shipping Policy for Bougie Candle Shop

1. Processing Time:

  • Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days.
  • During busy periods, such as holidays, processing time may be longer. Customers will be notified of any delays.

2. Shipping Methods:

  • Shipments are provided Bpost and Postnl.
  • Available shipping options and rates are displayed during checkout.

3. Shipping areas:

  • We currently only ship within Europe.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the order and the shipping method selected.

5. Delivery time:

  • Estimated delivery time varies depending on the shipping method chosen.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has shipped.

6. Non-Home Deliveries:

  • If the customer is not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification with instructions for picking up the package at the nearest pickup point.

  • Customers can track their order with the tracking number provided through the carrier's website.

9. Lost or damaged items:

  • Please contact us immediately if an order is lost or damaged in transit. We will do our best to resolve the problem. Be sure to provide us with a photo of the damaged product, the complete box (with any damage), and the packing material. Without these 3 photos, we unfortunately cannot file a claim with the shipping company.
