Bougie Candleshop was born out of my love for fragrance, warmth and atmosphere. No mass production, but handmade products that bring peace and coziness. Each piece is hand-poured, with vegetable wax and carefully selected fragrance oils - for a fragrance experience that touches.

Are your products safe and durable?
Yes! All of our products are hand-poured from vegetable waxes and fragrance oils without parabens, phthalates or CMR substances. They are also 100% animal-free - we only work with suppliers who also guarantee this.
Our packaging is eco-friendly and suitable for recycling, so you can enjoy a pure fragrance experience with peace of mind. 🌿✨
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay securely with Bancontact, iDEAL, PayPal, credit card, wire transfer, Payconiq or cash on pickup.
How long does shipping take?
Processing time: average 1-3 business days.
Delivery time:
Belgium & Netherlands: 1-3 business days

Will I receive a track and trace?
Yes, as soon as your order leaves the studio, you will receive an email with a track & trace link. This way you can follow your package all the way to your door.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We are very sorry about that! Please email us within 48 hours of receipt at info@bougiecandleshop.be and include clear photos of:
- the complete box with any damage,
- the shipping label on the box with your name,
- the packaging of the product,
- and the damaged product itself.
⚠️ Only with these photos can we file a claim with the shipping company and handle the problem correctly.
