Refund policy

1. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
3. Please contact us in advance to register your return and receive instructions.

Refund Policy:

1. Once we have received and verified your return, we will proceed to refund the full purchase price via the original payment method.
2. Please allow 5-7 business days processing time for the refund to appear in your account.
3. Shipping costs for returns are at your own expense unless it is the fault of Bougie Candle Shop.

1. Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or do not meet ordered specifications.
2. Opened or used products are not refundable unless they are defective.
